Czech Amber Lager - All Grain

Once unknown in the USA, this Czech specialty has now been popping up at craft breweries outside its homeland. With the same hop schedule as our Czech 11P Pale Lager, this Polotmavy has a bold and herbal bitterness and aroma from all Saaz hops. However it also features a complex malt back bone from a mix of specialty grains which give it a bold amber hue as well.

Frementation Temp: 50 - 55F, Cold Condition Beer at 34F

ABV: 4.8%
