Bella California Merlot Fresh Juice

Merlot - Originally used as a blending agent with Cabernet Sauvignon, it was first tried on its own in the 1960`s. Small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and or Cabernet Franc are often added to make Merlot more robust. Merlot tends to be dry, round, and velvety with medium to full bodied acidity and low tannin.

Nose: Black cherry, plum, tomato

Flavor: Plum, berry, tea, oak, herbs

Wine from Fresh Juice

We think that if it`s worth doing it`s worth doing right. We get our grapes and juice from some of the best regions from vineyards that produce grapes that highlight the true character of the terroir.

You will receive 6 gallons of wine juice in a food grade plastic bucket that will make about 30 750ml bottles. Yields may vary based on the sediment left behind at each racking.

Ordering Fresh Grape Juice

Our fresh grapes and juices will be harvested at their peak and shipped to Beer & Wine Hobby around late September early October based on the weather. We only accept pre-orders and only bring in what is ordered. Please place your order early! Check our Harvest Updates page for current information.
