These AddPaks are developed with the sole purpose of creating winery-grade wines. Choose the best AddPak for your wine - 1 set for every 2 cases of grape, or 1 set per bucket of juice. Each AddPak contains:
- Lallzyme - to improve maceration
- Go-Ferm - the initial yeast nutrient, added with yeast
- Fermaid O - a yeast nutrient added at 1.06 Specific Gravity to complete fermentation
PLUS - a special combination of AddPacks for red or white wine:
Red wines: Booster Rouge and Opti-Red
White wines: Booster Blanc and Opti-White
