Gluten Free Christmas Ale

Gluten Free kits are assembled from ingredients that are gluten free. However, to make them truly free of trace amounts of gluten you will need to use THOROUGHLY cleans glass or stainless fermenters or a plastic fermenter that has never held standard wort/beer. Otherwise the end result will be a gluten REDUCED beer.

For years our customers have enjoyed the warming winter spice and honey flavors of our house Christmas Ale. Now those with a gluten free diet can enjoy that same Christmas cheer! This kit substitutes just the barley based components of our holiday favorite with Sorghum extract and dark candi syrup. The rest of the recipe is exactly the same.

Fermentation Temperature: 60 - 75F

ABV: 7.6%

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, malt extracts, Irish moss and priming sugar.

Muslin or nylon bags for hops are helpful but not included in this kit.
