Gluten Free Fruit Beer

Gluten Free kits are assembled from ingredients that are gluten free. However, to make them truly free of trace amounts of gluten you will need to use THOROUGHLY cleans glass or stainless fermenters or a plastic fermenter that has never held standard wort/beer. Otherwise the end result will be a gluten REDUCED beer.

This gluten free recipe kit takes inspiration from the refreshing fruit beers of Belgium. It is a simple recipe that is light on the hops with a medium amount of yeast flavor. Mix in 1-2 pounds of your desired fruit to the fermenter or add one of our natural flavorings to your order for a crushable fruity beer. Whether you have a gluten senstivie or not, this beer will go down easy and make you reach for another.
