Opus Ten Imperial Chocolate Coffee Stout

If you brew only one beer this year this is the one.  Opus Ten is just that a masterpiece.  Incredibly rich in mouthfeel  Opus Ten is the definition of Imperial - with complex meldings of coffee, french oak, chocolate, vanilla and malt.  While it is an extract recipe it will push the limits of your equipment.  Detailed instructions and Yeast included.

Required but not included:

• 8oz Unsweetened Bakers Chocolate
• 8oz Powdered Chocolate (100% cocoa)
• 32 oz. Cold Brewed Coffee 
• 2 Large Muslin Bags

Optional but recommended:

• 1oz French Oak Chips

Our High Gravity (High Alcohol) recipe series are quality proven brews. They are pre-packaged and pre-measured complete with instructions ready for use. All kits yield 5 gallons.

Be sure to add two large muslin bags to your order;  they are required but NOT included!
