These French oak barrels are used to age red or white wine for two years for your home winemaking. The barrels will yield their oak essence for another 2-4 years.
Due to natural aging and required barrel preparation you may receive a barrel with wine/water stains or loose hoops. This is normal with any pre-owned barrel. The hoops will retighten by swelling the barrel which is always a pre-use process to insure no leaks. We provide instructions to swell and maintain your barrel.
Barrel includes a solid stopper.
Spigots are sold separately.
Barrels are seasonal items and prices are subject to change without notice.
Large Barrels must be shipped by truck. Please call to get a shipping quote.
