Vienna Waits for You - All Grain

Though it is not as popular in the USA or its native Austria as it once was, we think the Vienna lager is a classic to be remembered (and to keep brewing!) This recipe keeps very traditional with only noble hops for bittering and flavor/aroma additions. Their herbal and grassy flavors are supported by medium malt sweetness that ends with a bready, off-dry finish. So when will you realize? Vienna lager waits for you!

Fermentation Temp: 50-55F

ABV: 4.8%

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.
