Zambelli Gamma 40 Crusher-Destemmer with Must Transfer Pump

This Zambelli Automated crushing system will crush grapes and pump the must up to a fermenting tub, making the crush process effortless. Processed grape is delivered to the bottom of the crusher and transfers to the fermenting tub via a powerful pump. The all-stainless system includes a hinged top for easy cleaning at the end of the crush. The system has wheels for easy storage.
