My Cousin Vinny’s Irish Cream

 1 ½ cups Clontarf Irish Whisky

1 Cup Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla Instant Pudding

1 bottle Beer & Wine Hobby’s Irish Cream Essence

2 cups light cream

Mix all ingredients except the cream in a blender on high for 5 minutes.  

Add the 2 cups of light cream and stir for 1 second  (one pulse).

 

Chill and enjoy!
