A dark gold-colored wheat malt that produces an aromatic wheat beer with an amber color and an elegant flavor. Dark wheat malt is a necessity for producing traditional German Dunkelweizens (dark wheat) or stronger flavored Bavarian Weizenbock beer. Can also be included in many barley malt beer grain bills to add body, fuller mouthfeel and improve head retention.
