A New England locally crafted drum-kilned specialty malt produced from 2-Row Spring Barley. Ideal for brewing varying styles of lagers and ales. Can be used as a base malt for bock style beers and dark lagers. Produces an amber color, rich malty aroma, and traditional flavors of caramel and bread.
