Attention Hop-Heads, this is the beer kit for you! We`ve taken a high gravity ale and added mounds of delicious hops. But don`t get the impression this is a ham-handed brew. We`ve meticulously introduced FOUR types of hops at FOUR separate times in the brewing process. The result? A citrusy hop aroma and flavor rich in complexity. It`s a hop education and refreshing ale at the same time. You can`t beat that!

Fermentation Temp: 64 - 68F

ABV: 8.3%

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.

Kits are available with either Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months because it ships well.
