The American/French Oak hybrid is unique; it has American oak slats and French oak heads. The effect of a hybrid barrel is that the flavors of each oak provide a softer, unique, balanced flavor.
These are all clear, sapfree medium toast barrels. Spigots and bungs are sold separately. We try to stock as large a selection as we can all year long however some barrels are only available seasonally.
Barrels are commodities and prices are subject to change without notice. No discounts of any type are applicable towards barrels.
