Blichmann Hellfire

The Blichmann HellFire is a dual mode burner unlike anything on the market. The custom made burner is tuned to operate in both a high efficiency mode and a second high power mode. The high power mode had 140,000 BTU/hr output for blazing fast heating. In the high efficiencey mode, you`ll get 80,000 BTU/hr and superb heat transfer to the wort and whisper quiet operation. This burner has plenty of power to keep a rolling boil on a 20gal batch. Included is a heat shield to keep the heat away from your valve and/or thermometer.

• Adjustable kettle retaining bars accomodate kettles up to 19.75 inches in diameter.
• Non-rusting, fume free, heavy gauge stainless frame.
• Excellent outdoor flame stability (not suitable for indoor use)
