Make bottling easier with a bottle filler.
The True Brew 3/8` and 1/2` Bottle Fillers are spring-loaded rigid plastic tubes that connect to the end of the racking tube. You simply press the bottle filler against the bottom of a bottle and the beer or wine will flow. As soon as you lift the tube up the valve will close and the beer or wine will cease to flow. This device also has the advantage of flowing the beer into the bottom of the bottle which helps minimize splashing and oxidation.

I wonder if I got this with my kit when I first started brewing and wining. At any rate, if you don't have one and don't want to go to the expense of kegging, this is the way to go. Just press down on the bottom of the bottle and when the level of beer/wind reaches the top, let go. The bottle is perfectly filled and now all you've got to do is cap or cork.
