Use Fermcap-S Foam Inhibitor to prevent boil overs and reduce krausen build up.
To prevent boil over, add a few drops per gallon before boil.
During fermentation, Fermcap-S foam inhibitor reduces krausen in your fermenter to just 1/2 inch. Use two drops per gallon at the start of fermentation.
When used during fermentation, expect a 10% INCREASE in IBU retention.
