Sugar Maple (Acer saccharin) also known as Rock Maple or Hard Maple, contributes subtle notes of maple syrup, with a soft sweetness when applied during the conditioning phase for up to six weeks. They are each 8" and are made for a 3 gallon batch and come 2 to a pack.
