What`s better than a class to learn how to make wine or mead??
Our new interactive Winemaking class provides a hands-on experience. In the two day class you and a partner will make a one gallon batch of high quality wine to share , so sign up with a friend, or we will pair you with a new winemaker! A few weeks later you will return to bottle and take samples home to age.
We will also discuss meadmaking and review the method and ingredients.
Class size is limited to ensure all have a chance to participate. Tickets are per person.
