YTWP675PK1 MaloKit: Malic Acid is a bitter acid inherent in wine. Use the MaloKit to control the winemaking process, chase off bitterness and replace it with the enhanced bouquet and aroma of a fine wine.
Our MaloKit treats 6 gallons of wine and dramatically improves your wine`s flavor. Once the wine is about 30 days old and it reaches .990 - 1.000 SG you can treat the wine with the Malokit. Before treatment optionally check the free SO2 (ensure its below 10 mg/L) and pH (>3.2) using our Wine pH test strips.
The Malokit contains one White Labs Malolactic Culture and Opti-Malo a malolactic nutrient which improves malic acid conversion. Enough for 6 gallons.
