This is a replacement inflatable gasket for the lid of the Marchisio stainless steel variable capacity tank fermenter. This gasket inflates to create a seal inside the fermenter, protecting your wine from oxidation and outside contamination.
To be sure you order the correct size gasket, take your old one and lay it down flat. Measure the length in millimeters. Match the size to the image and place your order. Gaskets tend to stretch a little during use, so contact us if you cannot determine the proper gasket to order.
