If the Cabernet Sauvignon is king then it is only fitting to crown the Chardonnay as queen of wines. Mosti`s Chilean Chardonnay is a golden straw color with a bouquet of tropical fruit and undertones of vanilla. On the palate it reveals flavours reminiscent of passion fruit and freshly picked citrus. A crisp well balanced wine easily enjoyed while dining or during a chilly evening by the fireplace.

How much fresh juice will I need to make wine?

All fresh Chilean juice is acid balanced and arrives in 6 gallon containers.

Your yield may vary based on the sediment left behind at each racking.

Our fresh grapes and juices will be harvested at their peak and shipped to Beer & Wine Hobby around early May based on the Chilean weather. Check our Harvest Updates page for current information. Customers will be notified by phone ahead of their grape`s arrival.
