Omega Yeast 114: Bayern Lager Liquid Yeast

Thought to come from Munichs oldest, traditional and vintage-vibed brewery. The Bayern Lager strain is clean, crisp and ferments well at a wide range. It has good flocculation, and has both low sulfur and low diacetyl production.

Omega Yeast`s metabolically healthy cells produce vigorous fermentation and consistent results for home brewers and probrewers alike.
