If you brew only one beer this year, this is the one. Our Opus Ten All-Grain kit is simply a masterpiece. Incredibly rich in mouthfeel, the definition of Imperial - with complex meldings of coffee, chocolate, vanilla and malt. 

Style: 20C Russian Imperial Stout

Fermentation Temp: 64 - 68F

ABV: 8.4%

Not Included: 32oz Cold Brew Coffee and 8oz Baking Chocolate

TIP: we recommend using two packages (this kit comes with one) of yeast or making a starter for this brew because of the high gravity of the wort. Search for a yeast starter calculator online to find how large of a starter you need for your batch.
