Our Mozzarella & Ricotta Cheese Making Kit features all the ingredients and equipment to introduce you to the world of home cheesemaking featuring two of our favorite simple cheeses.  The recipes are easy take very little time to make and produce the perfect amount to enjoy.   In as little as 30 minutes you can craft approximately one pound of fresh warm mozzarella ready to share with family and friends!  Fresh ricotta is prepared in only 20-30 minutes then cures in a couple hours. 

Imagine adding your own warm mozzarella on homemade pizza or chilled for your fresh caprese salad.  It`s even fantastic as a warm snack!  Then make ricotta for homemade ravioli or crispy cannolis with ricotta cheese - so fresh so delicious!
