Sierra Nevada PA Massachusetts Edition

We love supporting our fellow small businesses in New England, so we decided to make one of our best-selling recipe kits with local hops from Four Star Farms! Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is an icon showcase of Cascade's pine and grapfruit flavors and aromas. This kit substitutes Pacific NW Cascade with Massacusetts grown Cascade and utilizes more Four Star hops to match the bitterness of the original. This recipe is a great way to dial in your nose and pallet to the subtle array of differences that come from the terroir of ingredients.

Style: 18B - American Pale Ale

Fermentation Temp: 64 - 68F

ABV: 5.6%

Your craft brew kit includes specialty grains malt extracts hops and additives.  

Be sure to add one muslin bag to your order;  they are required but NOT included! We also recommend a Nylon Hop bag for your kettle and fermenter additions.

Kits are available with either Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months because it ships well.
