Light gold-colored wheat malt that produces an aromatic wheat beer with a sunny orange-yellow color and an elegant flavor. Wheat malt is a necessity for producing traditional German Hefeweizens or Bavarian Weizenbiers in unfiltered or filtered (Kristallweizens) forms. This malt can also be combined with light colored barley malt to produce traditional Klsch-style beers.
