Fermaid O

Fermaid O is a blended yeast nutrient that will reduce the risk of sluggish or stuck fermentations. Fermaid O provides important nutrients such as usable thiamin, folic acid, niacin, calcium pantothenate and yeast hulls with the added benefit of Organic Nitrogen. Without proper nutrition the risk of a sluggish or stuck fermentation increases which can lead to the growth of unwanted by-products such as acetic acid acetaldehyde and diacetyl.

One package is sufficient for 6 gallons.

USE: Mix one package for each 6 gallons of wine must in 3oz. of room temperature water. Add wine must after 1/3 of the fermantation is complete to reduce the risk of a sluggish or stuck fermentation.
